General Info 

Our Service Area: Tauranga Region, e.g. Katikati to Paengaroa,  Te Puke, Upper Pyes Pa, and to top of the Kaimais.

Rental Term & Info: Mimumin 6 months, $400  delivery fee (which includes pick up),  and $100 a week rent. All subject to our terms & conditions. 

Initial payment required is $600 made up of delivery fee and two weeks rent (then $100 weekly in advance).

Cabin Size: External base approx. 3.85m x 2.65m.

Cabin Features:  Two double power points, internal light, external light, a 15m power supply lead to plug into standard 3 pin plug. Also has a smoke alarm, curtains, carpet, insulated and painted with light neutral colours inside and smart exterior finish. Ranch slider and separate opening window. Note: Ranch slider may be on RHS or LHS subject to availably (refer photo).

Delivery & Cabin Positioning:  Let us know your address and we will happily preview site location via google earth in the first instance.  A minimum access width of 3m is required, and height i.e. tress etc., should be considered.
